Action 1 - Yard The main compositional and semantic core of the residential complex is the central garden. We called it the Green Living Room, by analogy with the living room of the apartment. The garden will become the main value for residents, a place of rest, communication, games and solitude. Act 2 - Promenade “a place for walking, often along the shore of a reservoir.” Covered gallery embracing the central garden and interconnecting residential volumes. The gallery leads to residential lobbies, commerce and private 5 gardens. A walk in the gallery is a kind of journey, with different storylines. The alternation of open and semi-open views, different in perception of spaces, the play of light and shadow. The speed and dynamics of movement suggests a meditative nature. Act 3 - 5 gardens In addition to the main courtyard garden, we propose to create 5 private gardens with their own history, identity and feel: GARDEN OF STONES, GARDEN OF DREAMS, GARDEN OF THOUGHTS, GARDEN OF THE 3 ELEMENTS, GARDEN OF SILENCE. Each garden reflects the individual state of a person, his emotional changeability. Gardens are a place of solitude, silence, where you can be in yourself, stop time for a while. Act 4 -6 Palazzo 6 Pallazo - 6 independent volumes - located along the perimeter of the site, adjoining the internal gallery. The proportions in the plan and the number of storeys refer to the scale of Italian palazzos. Each volume tells its own story, taking into account its location relative to the river and dimensions. Three small volumes - palazzo 2, 3, and 4 are located closest to the river. In these volumes there are 1-2 apartments per floor with 4-sided and 3-sided view front. Palazzo 1 and 6 - the largest in size - are located at the greatest distance from the river. Palazzo 5 - has adjacent view properties due to its location in the middle of the site. Action 5 - Embankment From the side of the embankment there is a one-story volume forming the front of the Moskva River embankment. The stylobate houses small cafes, studios and boutiques. Part of the stylobate roofs is given over to club functions, part to apartment front gardens. Action 6 - Vertical Villas The 6th floor of the Palazzo is dedicated to the location of 6 villas with their own front gardens and terraces. Terraces are oriented to the best view sides.
